  Why the Homosexuals hate the Church

  This is the testimony of a homosexual who repented of his sin and trusted Jesus Christ. What was most gripping was his heartache over how Pastors and their wives joke and ridicule homosexuals.
  
  I too have heard Pastors joke about the 'queers and fags' (I don't mean this to offend - I am just repeating what wicked Christians will say.)
  
  Homosexuals are the most hated and under-ministered to group in our society by the church. We ought to be ashamed how we have made those made captive by sin a butt of our jokes.
  
  These people need Jesus Christ - not ridicule.
  
  I even know one preacher who wrote a booklet on how to hate the queers (Yes, he said hate and queers). Yet he would condemn Fred Phelps. And we wonder why homosexuals are so hateful in return.
  
  May the church repent and bring the Gospel to everyone. That doesn't mean give them a tract and wash your hands (as if you might 'catch something). It means to touch the sinner as Jesus did.
